By 2017, Carestream entered a major strategic transformation, beginning with the divestiture of its Dental Digital business. These complex global transactions hinged on the seamless transfer of IT systems, a process where any failure could result in operational disruption, financial loss, or damaged buyer trust.

To manage this risk, Carestream expanded its reliance on the Enterprise PMO ensuring smooth transitions of systems, data and processes. Carestream’s internal leadership remained focused on stabilizing core operations, while M&A drove the execution of sensitive IT handovers with speed, precision, and control.

Over the last 11 years, Miller & Associates has staffed Carestream’s EPMO with more than 25 seasoned PMPs, each with over a decade of experience. These professionals have managed global programs across SAP C4C rollouts, IT infrastructure refreshes, and manufacturing execution system upgrades. M&A PMP’s managed up to 10–15 projects simultaneously, maintaining stakeholder confidence and delivering consistent results under pressure.
