By 2017, Carestream entered a major strategic transformation, beginning with the divestiture of its Dental Digital business. Over the last 11 years, Miller & Associates has staffed Carestream’s EPMO with more than 25 seasoned PMPs, each with over a decade of experience. These professionals have managed global programs across SAP C4C rollouts, IT infrastructure refreshes, and manufacturing execution system upgrades.
