Judy Miller is co-founder and CEO of Miller & Associates, LLC a leading IT services and workforce solutions firm. Judy is responsible for driving M&A’s vision, strategy, and continued growth rate of 25% year over year. Judy has nearly 20 years of experience in the IT consulting field. Prior to starting Miller & Associates, she was Worldwide Director for Dr. Eli Goldratt’s Marketing Group, responsible for all sales and marketing events to business management consultancies around the globe. Judy started her career as a consultant with Gemini Consulting, receiving exceptional training and implementation experience in the areas of business process improvement, re-engineering, and transformation within fortune 500 manufacturing companies. After five years at Gemini, Judy turned her focus toward information technology managing small to mid-sized project teams responsible for the design and development of robust applications to accelerate process improvement across business units. Miller and Associates is a woman-owned minority business committed to building a talented diverse workforce. Over the last twelve months, Miller & Associates received recognition for “diversity supplier of the year” and also Digital Rochester’s GREAT Award for their international support services team efforts in Afghanistan. Judy and her husband James have three children and reside in Victor, NY.

James’ deep industry expertise coupled with his ability to understand market trends, client needs and emerging technologies enable us to stay ahead of the curve. James inspires and motivates our talent acquisition team to excel in sourcing and delivering elite IT professionals. With a strong team behind him James’ relationship building abilities enable us to quickly establish trust and credibility with our clients, ensuring smooth collaboration and driving outstanding long-term partnerships.

Arthur continues to make strides for Miller & Associates at our Tampa location, he remains committed to pushing the boundaries of excellence and driving positive change in the IT sourcing industry. By forming long lasting relationships and delivering elite IT talent at lightning speeds, Arthur has quickly risen through the ranks, establishing himself as a formidable force in the competitive world of IT staffing. On the weekends Arthur enjoys playing tennis and fishing.

Cassidy Engel

Sr. Vice President of Finance

Cassidy Engel Bio

Cassidy is responsible for the Company’s overall financial management and oversees all aspects of accounting from the day-to-day accounting activities, to financial reporting and analysis. She is an integral part of the leadership team at Miller & Associates. She has 15 years of experience in both public and private accounting. After earning her Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from SUNY Geneseo in 2008, she worked in public accounting until joining Miller & Associates in 2015. She also volunteers as the Director of Finance at TechRochester, a nonprofit organization focused on strengthening the Greater Rochester tech community. She enjoys this role because she’s able to lend her accounting expertise, and it also allows her to be directly involved with the tech community in Rochester. In her spare time, Cassidy’s favorite thing to do is spend time with her two boys, Easton and Everett.

Jenny Carpenter

Vice President of Talent Acquisition

Jenny Carpenter Bio

Responsible for full-lifecycle recruiting development, client management, and contract analysis/negotiation. Mrs. Carpenter’s extensive experience in the technical staffing industry, legal field, and contracts departments of large organizations has enabled her to master important skills unique to the recruiting process. Jenny earned an Associate’s degree in Business Administration and has more than 15 years’ experience in the staffing and legal fields combined. In her free time she enjoys mountaineering, ice/rock climbing, hiking, camping, and spending time in nature.

Bill Krug

Mr. Krug is a dynamic high-performer that has leveraged a rare blend of hands-on technical, managerial, and complex sales experience to deliver enterprise solutions and infrastructure to some of the largest companies in the world for over 40 years.

As a major accounts expert, he has sold / managed hundreds of millions of dollars in high-value, high-margin deals from software solutions to Data Center Cooling Infrastructure into private and public sector industries.  Clients view Bill as their trusted advisor leveraging him for business development and high-stakes turnaround initiatives to achieve revenue, profitability, operational, and customer satisfaction targets.

In her free time she enjoys spending time around the finger lakes with her husband Jacob and puppy Addi.
